User should be able to change the current Patient: find Patient / Add the new.¶

• The Search should has “search-as-you-type” functionality.
• The Search should do a search within the current Client Patients
  When user selects a Patient from the Search result list it should be displayed next after Patient label in the following format: First Last name

User should be able to change Patient any time, until he saves the Visit.

Add the new Patient (see #1026).

• 14.New visit - Patient is added
