Save¶

When user clicks on the save button then the visit should be created ( or updated in case of existing) with all provided data:

• Exam date/time
• *Patient - required field.
• Physician (the Current one, who created a visit)
• Notes
• Visit images: + captions, requsition flag.

View¶

When visit is saved, then the “View Visit” screen should be displayed with the Title “View Visit”, Edit/Delete button in the header.

• Edit - enables visit for edit (TBD).
• Delete - Allows to remove visit (TBD)

• Click on the Picture should open the large picture over the screen with the picture caption (we have to show caption somewhere).
• Delete Image icon should not be displayed.
• Check boxes for requisiotion with the value should be displaed (disabled).
• !!!!!Click on the Patient section should open over the current screen the window with the Patient data (TBD - Patient Detailed view screen)
• The "Physician" with value should be displayed under Date of Visit section
