Description

Precondition: User is not authorized in the app.(site)

When User opens the site he should see the Login page.
Elements on the page:
  • Welcome text (#1373)
  • "Sign in" form

There is no point to make separate Home Page for unauthorised users.
We have combine it with Siign In page. Please check.
