Description
User should be able to edit Positions in the list¶
Records where "Found in Departaments" is empty or =0 should have [Edit] button.
Click on Edit should open be the same window as Add Position but with the Postiion text. and the window title should be: "Edit Position"
Records with data in the field "Found in Departaments" should NOT have [Edit] button. We don't allow to Edit Positions if Taken by any Departament
