Description
User shoud be able to Delete departament¶
Precondition: User with the Manager/admin role on the Manage Departments page.
- The records where the next all next fields is empty (or=0): Employees, Job Titles, Job Positions - should have a [Delete] link in the Actions cell.
- Click on [Delete] should show the confirmation message and after user confirmation, remove Departmaent from DB.
We don't allow to remove Departament which has at least one relation (Employees, Job Titles, Job Positions).
