Description
Steps:
1. Launch the link: http://ij.mdlab.com:1301/
2. Login as test_user
3. Click on the Manage Degree link
4. Click on Add Degree button
Issue1: Note that there is no asterisk symbol(*) against the Name field
5. Click on Save button without providing any data in Name field
Issue2: Note that user is able to create Degree without providing Name and the data is getting saved. It is expected for the user to get a warning to input data into the Name field
