User should be able to edit the College¶

• When user clicks on edit and this is Domestic College then the window should display:
• Domestic is selected
• Search input - enabled
• College/University - with the current data, but Disabled
• Website Url - with data if any (disabled).

• The same flows when user Adds the new, but in this Req. the current record should be updated/overwriteen by the new data.
• Instead [Add] should be [Update] buttons

• The same flow when user add new College, but update the Current data on save.
