Steps:
1. Launch the link: http://ij.mdlab.com:1301/
2. Click on Forgot Password link
3. Do not provide any email, complete the recaptcha and click on Get New Password button
ER: User should be shown a message: "Empty Email"
AR: User is shown a message: "User with this email not found"
