Description

Steps:
1. Login to the site
2. Click on Manage Positions - Departments

Issue:
Note that the button name is shown as "Add department" instead of "Add Department"
Same is the case when user clicks on Add department. The title for the add department grid is "Add department" instead of "Add Department"
