Description

Steps:
1. Launch the site
2. Login as suadmin
3. Go to User Management - User Roles

ER:
1. The description for Administrator should be: "Can manage users except admin role, add/change content.
1. The description for Manager should be: "Same as admin except user management."
2. The description for Site user should be: "Can view all the content."

AR:
The description given for Administrator is: "Can manage users, except admin role, add/change content"
The description for manager shown is: "Same as admin except users manage."
The description for site user is: "Can view all content"
