Mobile MDLab

App bar should have the next elements:

• Hamburger menu icon
• Physician full name
• *Current Client name
• The current screen title.

*Current Client name - If Physician works for 1 client only, then the Client name should be displayed as a text.

• In case if Physician works for more than 1 client, there should be dropdownlist with the Clients that Physician works for.
• And User (Physician) should be able to change the current client name.
• On the Client change, all data of the current screen should be reloaded according to the new Client data.
• When User Signs out, the current Client should be remembered, so that next time when User Signs in the client name should be the recent one.

This App bar should be applied to the next screens:

• Patients (Home as default)
• Visits (TBD).

• The App bar should be sticky on the screen content scroll.
