Password gets erased on changing the user type in the Add user window

Description

Steps:
1. Login as suadmin
2. Go to Users page
3. Click on Add User button
4. Input passwords in Password and Change Password textboxes
5. Change the user type using the dropdown

Issue:
Note that the password provided gets erased. And user has to retype the password again.
