Description

Steps:
1. Login to the site as suadmin
2. Click on Users Management - Users
3. Click on User Type dropdown

ER: Suadmin should not be shown to user as suadmin can be created only via DB
AR: System Admin is available in the dropdown and user is able to create system admins as well.
