User should be able to select a Patient and view his all visits to the Client.¶

When User chooses the Patient in the list (clicks on the Radio button on the record) and clicks [View Visits] button
then the Visits screen should be opened with the preselected Patient in the search field and "All" Physicians in Physician dropdown list.
So that User will see all Visits of the selected Patient in the Client.

Depend on #1039 (do it first).
