Document Management System( Lab MDL)

Steps:
1. Login as suadmin to the site
2. Go to Users Management - Users
3. Click on Add User button
4. Input all values and click on Save button
5. Logout
6. Try to login with the credentials of newly created user

ER: User should be logged in successfully
AR: "Your Email / Username or Password are not correct" is shown to user
