Description

Steps:
1. Login to site as suadmin
2. Go to User management - Users
3. Click on Update link corresponding to any user

ER: The same window as for “Add a new User” but with the data should be shown to user
AR: The same row details are becoming editable. And also, the usertype dropdown is not shown properly.
