Description

Steps:
1. Launch the application and login as suadmin
2. Click on Job Title
3. Click on Add Job Title

ER: Start Date and End Date need not be shown to user. While creating Job Title, only title field is expected to be shown to user.
AR: Start Date and End Date field is also shown to user.
