Activating a deactivated user is not allowing user to login

Description

Steps:
1. Login to the site as suadmin
2. Click on Users Management - Users
3. Click on Update link corresponding to any active user
4. Select Deactivated from status dropdown and click on Save
5. Logout and try to login using the user whose status was changed. (Note that user is not able to login which is expected)
6. Login back as suadmin and go to users management - users page
7. Select update link corresponding to same user and select activated from the status dropdown and save
8. Logout and try to login using the user whose status was changed.

ER: User should be able to login successfully
AR: User is not able to login and shown the message "Your Email / Username or Password are not correct"

Please create new user for this. Previously Update action used to break a password. Now this problem is solved.
