When User clicks on the Personnel list in the menu
He should able to see the page with the list of Employees.
Precondition: There are one or more Employees in the App. db.
User roles: all

- [Filers] button* or expanded section with filters. (TBD)
- [Add Employee] button (see req. )
- Search input (TBD)
- Table with the Personnel records.
- Pagination below the table.
