Description

Steps:
1. Go to Personnel Management - Personnel page as suadmin
2. Click on profile icon corresponding any employee
3. Click on Edit link
4. Click on Departments, Colleges or Degrees dropdown

Issue:
Note that the values are not sorted based on the alphabetical order.
