Description

Steps:
1. Go to Personnel Management - Personnel List page
2. Click on edit icon corresponding to any profile
3. Click on Certificates tab
4. Click on Add item button
5. Input all details and click on Save button

ER: The # shown should be 1 for the first record.
AR: Note that the # shown is something else.
