Degrees not in the Personnel search results

Description

Steps:
1. Go to Personnel Management - Personnel List page as suadmin
2. Click on Add employee
3. Add all data including degrees and save
4. Go to Personnel List page

Issue:
Note that degrees is not shown in the search results.
