Description

Steps:
1. Go to Personnel List page
2. Click on Add Employee button
3. Add Firstname, Lastname, DOB and click on Save
4. Click on the Add Job Title button under Work History
5. Select any value other than the first one

Issue:
Note that the page refreshes and user is not able to add the data
