Steps:
1. Go to Personnel List page as suadmin (bagentuser1@gmail.com)
2. Click on Add new employee
3. Input firstname, lastname, DOB and lcick on Save
4. Click on Save on the employee details page
Issue:
Note that Job Title is shown by default which is not expected.
