Job Positions are not shown based on the Job titles of the department

Description

Steps:
1. Go to Dept - Add IT dept
2. Go to Job Titles page - Add QA and BA
3. Go to Job Positions page - Add Junior QA, Middle QA, Senior QA, Junior BA, Middle BA, Senior BA to department IT
4. Go to Employee Profile page - Add Dept as IT
5. Go to Job title and add QA
6. Go to Job position of same job title.

Issue:
As per Requirement, Job Positions associated with particular Job Title should be shown to user.
However, Currently such an association is not there on the site.
In the case given above, we are expecting Junior QA, Middle QA, Senior QA to be shown to user. However, Junior QA, Middle QA, Senior QA, Junior BA, Middle BA, Senior BA are shown to user.
