Document Management System( Lab MDL)

Steps:
1. Go to Personnel Mgmt - Personnel List page
2. Click on Edit icon corresponding to any employee
3. Click on Add Job Title button
4. In the Start Date add a date earlier than hire date
5. Click on Save button

ER: User should be shown a message: "Start Date should not be less than Hire Date and more than "Termination Date"
AR: User is shown a message: "Start Date should not be less than Hire Date and more then Termination Date"
