Description

When User with the Admin role sets termination date for the Employee, then Employeee should be inactive.
So that Users with the manager role should not be able to edit/change the employee, only User can view the data as Site users do.

NOTE: Whener admin role is mentioned its also applyed for suadmin role as well.
