The MDL Years’ Experience should be automatically populated based on Hired Date¶
When User views the Employee profile the MDL Years’ Experience should be automatically populated based on Hired DateFormulas:
- For active Employee: Current time - Hired date.
- For terminated Employee: Terminated Date - Hired Date.
MDL Years’ Experience should be displayed in years and months.
