Document Management System( Lab MDL)

Steps:
1. As suadmin - go to Personnel Mgmt - Personnel List page
2. Click on Update icon corresponding to any employee
3. Click on Add Row button for Departments and add same department twice
4. Click on Save

ER: User should not be able to select same department twice
AR: User is able to save the details successfully.
