Description

Exam Time/Date section:
Should be populated with the current date and time by default

User should able to change Date/time by touching the Exam Time/Date section.

Note: change in any directions .. It can be changed to Previous date by month or date anything
Issue: Cant set Previous date by month or week or year
AR: Currently only Current date and future date can be set
ER: should allow for any date set

Set the date to DEc 4th 2019
enter notes and click SAVE
Issue : Unable to save as there is a Physician id Error thrown
AR: ERror is thrown
ER: should be saved successfully
