Description

Steps:
1. As suadmin - go to Dashboard page
2. Hover mouse over Documents Due link

Issue:
Note that only the cursor type changes. It is difficult for user to know whether it is a link or not. The color change is also not very visible
Please make changes so that it is easy to user to make out that it is a link.
