Duration limit date should be set to "" when days of valid is empty

Description

Steps:
1. Go to Position List page
2. Click on Actions icon corresponding to any position.
3. Set "Days of Valid" to 0 for any position(. Eg: Diploma and Transcript is set as 0)
4. Add the same position to any job title
5. Add file to a certificate added and check the duration_limit_date

ER: Duration limit date should be empty
