Description

Steps:
1. Go to employee profile of any employee - go to any certificate tab
2. Note down any of the document which is approved
3. Launch the link: http://ij.mdlab.com:1301/pending_notificator
4. Open the email received for the same

Issue:
Note that the documents which are approved also are shown in the email
