Description

Steps:
1. Go to dashboard
2. Click on Forward icon corresponding to any item in pending approval or missing documents page
3. Delete the subject and click on Send button

Issue:
  1. # Note that individual field error messages are missing. Even if one field is missing, the message shown is All fields must be filled!
