Previous req.:
"When User tries to Sing in with the correct username/password and account is locked: show error message:
"You are unable to Sign in. Please contact MDL support or if you forgot the password, please recover it.""
instead of
"Show message:
"You are unable to Sign in. Please contact MDL support or if you forgot the password, please recover it.""
- Please set message: "Your account has been locked due to too many attempts, please wait for 10 minutes and try again."
- And show 10 minutes timer.
- Allow User to sign in after 10 minutes

Summary (back-end changes):
1. Changed lock-out timeout from 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Once user is trying to login and getting responce data with flag LockOut =true - see (screen -https://prnt.sc/rqs4kd) then
front-end should populate message "Your account has been locked due to too many attempts, please wait for 10 minutes and try again."
3. If user made invalid login attemts < 5 then response data is returned like on screen -https://prnt.sc/rqs35o
Dima, please implement remaining front-end part and then reassign for testing
