Description

Steps:
1. Go to dashboard or employee certificates page
2. Click on Approve icon corresponding to any document
3. Select any other date than the current date
4. Approve the document
5. Go to DB and check the approved_date

ER: Date should be the one selected in the textbox
AR: Date shown is the current date
