UI Issues Low Priority :
1) Filter is not cleared , when I navigate from the screen or logout and login. Not happening all the time.
Time (AM/PM) is cutting off in the visits
2)Change the text to Filter by Last Name instead of Type to filter by Patient

What's wrong? The task is to change text to "Filter by Last Name". The API filters by Last Name only, not by the patient name
