User with the manager/admin/suadmin roles (1,2,3)    should be able to manage positions in the list. 

 On the page: 
 Admin menu link: Positions list 
 Page title: “Positions “PPositions list” 
 DB Fields: id, Name, abbreviation.  

 Table on the page: 
 * Id 
 * Position 
 * Position abbreviation  
 * Found in Departments (depen on req. 4.2.1 TBD) 
 * Actions -edit, delete. (TBD) 

 Search - should do search in the Position column “as user types”.
