In the Form User should be able to search for an existing Employee in the external MDL database  

 * The search should be done by API 
 * The User should search by Last Name 
 * The results should be displayed in the Table  
 * (Last name, First name, Date of Birth), radio button (first record is selected by default) 
 * User should be able to select Employee from the result table and get to page where he will be able to add more Employee details.  
 * Click in the [Continue with Selected]should open the next page #1360 (TBD)
