h2. User should be able to add new Degree. 

 *Precondition:* User is on the Manage    Degrees” page 

 * Click on the [Add Degree] button should open popup window where user adds and ans saves the new    Degree. 
 Fields: 
 #  
 * Degree name 
 # Major (is not required) 

 Degree should be unique by two fields    and not empty . 
 empty.
