User should be able to Edit Degree. *Precondition:* User on the “Manage Majors” Degrees” page and there are a few records in the table. * The [Edit] button should be displayed in the “Actions” for the records where “Graduated Employees” =0. * Click on Edit should open a popup window where User can change Major. Degree. On save the Major Degree should checked if is unique and not empty.
