h2. User should be able to add new Degree. 

 *Precondition:* User is on the Manage    Majors” Degrees” page 

 * Click on the [Add Major] Degree] button should open popup window where user adds and saves the new Major. Degree. 
 Fields: 
 # Major Degree name 


 
 # Major (is not required) 

 Degree should be unique by two fields    and not empty .
