The user with the Suadmin role has to be added to Db manually.
For QA use the username: suadmin

status - 1 (enabled)
Is_deleted - no
password: (any).

I go first rules for admin and root with Users roles page and Users page. All other segregations are mention in each task separetly, so you can close this one.
