Description

User should be able to delete other users

On the Users page in the Action column there should be delete icon/link.

Permission to Delete by User Roles:
  • 1. Suadmin - can delete users all roles
  • 2 Admin - can delete users all roles except Admins.

Click on delete:
Sets User.Is_deteled to yes
Hides the user from the list, until checkbox "SHow deleted users" is not checked.

So that we show on the page all users with the Users.Is_deleted = No only.
