Description

User should be able to recover deleted user.

Click on the “Undo” icon should:
Set users.Is_deleted = No, hide from deleted users list.
Same action for the group operation Selected: Recover (only).

Permission to Recover by User Roles:
1. Suadmin - can recover users all roles
2 Admin - can erecover users all roles except Admins.
