Document Management System( Lab MDL)

Precondition: User is on the “View Department page.” in the Section: Job Titles in Department , and there are a few Job titles

User should be able to remove Job Title from Departament.¶

Delete one Title at the time
The link “Delete” in the action section should be displayed for Job Titles where “Assigned Employees” = 0 only!

• When User deletes the Title with the * Positions = 0* ,
  Then the app should show confirmation window and after User confirms it, delete a Title from the Departament (it should remove the record from Dep_Job_Ttitle).

• When User deletes the Title with the Positions >0 , then the show the confirmation window with the message: “You are about to remove the Title [Title name] with [n] positions. The child positions will be removed too!”
1. Buttons: [Yes, delete] [Cancel]
• And after User confirms delete all Positions of the Job Title from Departament and then the Job Title from Department too.
• And the Table in the “Job Positions in Department” section should be refreshed with the actual data.

• The select record check box next to the action should be enabled for Job Titles where *“Assigned Employees” and "Positions" = 0 *
• The [Del] button/link should be below the checkboxes row below the table.
• Click on [Del] should delete all selected Titles from the Department after User confirmation.
1. In the confirmation message show the number of Titles to be deleted from Department: "You are about to delete N Job Titles form the Department. Please confirm it."
