Precondition: User on the view Department page and there are a few Job Titles with Positions.
*When User clicks on the Job Title recored which has Positions >0, then app. should reload the "Job Positions in Department" table filtered data by "Job Title" of the current Title.
Note: Action section should be excluded from this flow.
