Only recaptcha error shown to user first when there is email related error also in the forgot password page

Description

Steps:
1. Launch the link: http://ij.mdlab.com:1301
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Input any email which is not present on the site say
4. Click on Get New Password

ER: User should be shown two error messages. One related to the recaptcha not being completed. Another one related to the email not being available in the system

AR: User is shown only the error message related to recaptcha. It creates difficulty for user as the user would again complete the recaptcha and then provide the email again to get the error related to the email.
