User unable to select dates from last week for the last textbox for graduation date

Description

Steps:
1. Go to Personnel Management - Personnel List page as suadmin
2. Click on Edit link corresponding to any employee
3. Click on More than one rows for Graduation Date

Issue:
Note that for the textbox for graduation date, user is not able to select dates in the last weeks of different months. Issue only for the last textbox for graduation date.
