Description

Steps:
1. Go to Personnel Management - Personnel List page
2. Click on Add Employee button
3. Add firstname and last name and click on Save

ER: Loading icon should be shown to user until the employee details page is shown to user
AR: Loading icon is shown only for sometime and then the next page is shown after few seconds
